The Yealink SIP-T41S and SIP-T42S require a specific firmware version to work with the DD10K DECT dongle. These are referenced at the Yealink support website as W41P / W42P respectively and is searchable only as the W41P model.
As of the time of writing the latest firmware for those models is 66.84.0.115 and can be found at Yealink's download site at https://support.yealink.com/document-detail/796e25ffb07442c1b59925805967c83e
Update the firmware then attach the DD10K dongle as per the DD10K quick start guide. You may be prompted to update the dongle firmware. Allow that and then when complete reboot the phone for pairing with the DECT base.
