Go to http://[IP_OF_CAMERA]/admin/showconfig?edit. Find "SECTION ipnotify" and add the above text within that section.

This will enable reboot, timer (1 sec by default) and toggle on/off for 2 x relays via as actions for your various events.

Test with UC or http://[IP_OF_CAMERA]/admin/nettest
