Many New Zealand ISP's require the WAN interface to be tagged with VLAN 10, this KB article demonstrates how you can achieve this on the Grandstream GWN7062E/GWN7062ET.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Adding the VLAN Tag
Sign into the GWN7062E/GWN7062ET. On the left hand side expand the Advanced settings then expand the Internet Settings and select Triple Play. The working mode will be set to disabled by default, click on the drop-down menu and select Custom.
You will be presented with some options, first toggle the 802.1Q tag on.
Set the WAN VLAN to be 10 and the WAN VLAN 802.1p to be 0 (unless specified otherwise by your ISP). The rest of the fields can be left empty. Click Save.
Internet Connection Type
Now you can configure the rest of the WAN settings. Under the Internet Settings drop down select Internet Settings. Ensure the Net1 interface is set to WAN mode. Here you can change the Internet Connection Type using the drop down menu (e.g Static/Dynamic IP/PPPoE).
Verify the Internet Connection
Under the Basic settings select Network Map. Click on the Internet icon which will display the WAN IP address.
