Note: Make sure that you are using the correct sensor modules with the camera. It is not possible to use 14 series sensor modules with a 15 series camera and visa versa.

Test - 1 Start condition
- Go to >Admin >Image Sensor Configuration menu and set both sensors to No Sensor, Set, Close, and Ok.
- Go to >Admin >Store current configuration, click on Store permanently, and reboot the camera.
- Remove power and configure the cables and sensors as follows
Cam1 cable A sensor 1
Cam2 cable B sensor 2
- Restore power
+ If both of the sensors are displayed in the live image then the automatic sensor configuration only needed to be reinitialized and you are now finished.
+ If one of the sensors are not shown in the live view of the camera note which one and continue with Test - 2 and 3.

Test - 2 Swap Sensors
- Remove power and configure the cables and sensors as follows
Cam1 cable A sensor 2
Cam2 cable B sensor 1
- Restore power
+ If the sensor that is not working after swapping moves to the other port then the sensor sensor faulty.
+ If the sensor that is not shown stays on the same port then the problem could be the camera or the cable.

Test - 3 Swap Cables
- Remove power and configure the cables and sensors as follows
Cam1 cable B sensor 2
Cam2 cable A sensor 1
- Restore power
+ If the sensor that is not shown follows the cable then the cable is bad. This can be checked by using other cable.
+ If the sensor that is not shown stays then there is a problem with the camera.

Once you have determined what the problem is, send the results of your test to Mobotix Support with a full report from the camera and the serial numbers from the sensor modules.
