Are you having issues with the Sophos XG/XGS appliance blocking Office365 updates and installs from working?
Here is a Web Exception rule that will help get your Office365 installs and upgrades working again.
Login to your XG/XGS appliance
Go to Protect >> Web from the left hand menu
Select the Exceptions tab
Add a new exception as follows:
You can manually copy and paste the lines below into the rule
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?microsoft\.com/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?windowsupdate\.com/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?officecdn.microsoft.com.edgesuite.net/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?officecdn.microsoft\.com/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?windows\.com/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?office\.net/
